"she was a mom of two and a grandmother of two. she lived her life for her kids but also to the fullest."

Peggy Schweikhardt (Simington) grew up with her mom and brother and sister. She grew up strong willed and a force of nature. She was born and raised in California raised by a single mother. She was a pre-professional bowler and the same with darts! she loved riding on the motorcycle with my dad. They met and were married in California in 1989. then in 1990 my parents were in a bad car accident that left my mother paralyzed from the chest down for the rest of her 32 years on this earth. Despite being  quadriplegic she went on to have my older brother less than a year later perfectly healthy. They were re stationed to New York where i was born 3 years later. My mom kept up with all our sports, helped with school work, and did everything any other mother would. She was and always will be the strongest person i know. She was writing a book and was taking college courses to help write her book. she is survived by her son, 31. her daughter 28. her grandson 11, and her grand daughter, 7. as well as her older brother and younger sister. She was the glue that kept this family together and there will never be anyone else like her. i am blessed that she is my mom.
