"LOVING HUSBAND,BROTHER,FATHER AND ACCOMPLISHED BLADESMITH, PROUD U.S.A.F VETERAN."

On February 1, 2020 our family suffered a great loss, an unexpected and sudden one. For 50 years we were blessed beyond measure of this life on earth! His greatest accomplishments were a loving husband, father and brother. Mickey served this country for 10 years in the U.S.A.F. he was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing and most of all blacksmithing and knife making, he was the owner of Mickey Thompson Custom Knives. He was the Forged in Fire Champion on the History channel in 2019, he appeared on the 100th episode. He was a member of the Waccamaw Indian Tribe in Anyor, SC. His life saving generosity will live on through others! He is loved and missed by many!
