"In loving memory of Lisa Farmer"

Lisa was a sweet daughter, caring sister, loving aunt and great friend. She had a soft-spot in her heart for children, the elderly and animals. She was always very giving, so we were not surprised that she chose to be an organ donor and continue giving even after she passed on from her earthly body. We will truly miss her but know that we will see her again one day!

My fondest memories of Lisa were when we would have family dinners. She would always arrive at Mama's house, or my house, with a smile.
