Post a memory

"A wonderful wife, mother, and daughter. She loved her family and her dogs."

My wife, Debi, was my partner in life for nearly 32 years. In our first two years of marriage, after moving her from Florida to California, I was at sea nearly 18 months. Yet, she was there waiting for me to return home every time. During our time together, we had our share of trials and wonderful memories. She had degrees in finance and accounting along with a masters in education. She loved learning. She cared for all kinds of children, in fact, she could tell you children’s names and not recall the parent’s names. She also loved her dogs. She walked everyday with her mom 4-5 miles with her two dogs Kona and Finn. She supported her children in their various life endeavors and was always ready to lend a helping hand. She was an awesome painter…not in the artistic sense, but homes. She was meticulous in her attention to detail and did everything by hand. Last, she was supposed to be my life long partner, but God had other plans. We miss her greatly and are encouraged that her final gifts are helping other people.
