The world moves on day to day, but the love and memory of you, shall never pass away. You were one of a kind, filling my life and our two young daughters lives with laughter, love, and shenanigans. You dedicated your life to helping others, always going above and beyond for your patients.  And now, even after death, you continue to live on and help others.  And I can’t think of a better way to honor you.
