The 2025 "New Year, New You" Health & Wellness Expo event, presented by Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, will showcase a wide array of exhibitors, including medical professionals, fitness instructors, and interactive stage demos. Attendees can expect to receive product samples and other attractive giveaways. This is a free event.
