LifeLink Foundation, a Tampa-based non-profit community service organization dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissue for transplantation therapy, is pleased to announce Guillermina Sanchez has been promoted to Executive Director of LifeLink of Puerto Rico. In this role Ms. Sanchez will oversee day to day operations for LifeLink of Puerto Rico, which facilitates organ and tissue donation in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Ms. Sanchez joined LifeLink in 2010 as Associate Executive Director of LifeLink of Puerto Rico. She holds a Master of Healthcare Services Administration and a Bachelor degree in Health Science Administration and has worked in the healthcare field for the last 25 years. 

LifeLink Foundation is an independent, non-profit community service organization dedicated to the recovery and transplantation of organs and tissues.  LifeLink consists of three organ recovery organizations, a tissue bank and a transplantation immunology laboratory, and employs more than 500 staff members in west central Florida, Georgia and Puerto Rico.
