Say "Yes" Today

2021 National Donor Sabbath

Join faith communities across the United States in celebration and recognition of National Donor Sabbath.

WHAT: During National Donor Sabbath, faith leaders from many religions, donor families, transplant recipients, and donation and transplantation professionals across the country participate in services and programs to educate the public about the life saving gift of organ and tissue donation.

WHEN: This year, National Donor Sabbath will be held during November 12-14th, 2021.

HOW: If your faith group would like a virtual presentation about organ, eye and tissue donation or graphics that provide donation education to share on your organization’s social media platforms, or with your congregations via postcards, bible markers, email or newsletter, please fill out the order form at the bottom of the page. Presentations and materials are free and can be scheduled at any time, during the month of November. If you have any questions please reach out via the contact us form.

VOLUNTEERS:

For volunteers and members of the community who are not faith leaders, but wish to encourage their faith community to participate in National Donor Sabbath, resources have been provided to help you share National Donor Sabbath with your faith leaders, including a letter of introduction to the National Donor Sabbath celebration.

DEADLINE: Deadline to request for a virtual presentation is October 29th, 2021
